These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of dentcademy.co (the "Site") and every purchase of digital products from Dentcademy. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Who We Are

Dentcademy is operated by Syntevo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Dentcademy", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: our Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, License & Copyright and Educational Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

Our products are intended for anyone interested in dentistry, including students, professionals and enthusiasts. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence, to make a purchase.

4. Your Account

You may need to create an account to purchase and access your products. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
Your account is personal. It may not be shared with, sold or transferred to anyone else.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at contact@dentcademy.co.

5. Our Digital Products

Dentcademy sells digital products only. No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped.

Dental eBooks: delivered as PDF files, with unlimited downloads from your account.
Dental courses: delivered as ZIP files, with unlimited, lifetime access from your account.

We make every reasonable effort to describe each product accurately (title, format, content). Product images are for illustration purposes only.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden fees. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
All purchases are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions and never bill you on a recurring basis.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may correct the error and cancel the order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

7. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See our Payment page for more details.

8. Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once your payment has been successfully confirmed and an order confirmation email has been sent to you. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order, any amount paid will be refunded.

9. Instant Digital Delivery

After payment confirmation, your product is immediately available in your account under My Account > Downloads, and an order confirmation email is sent to you. Full details are in our Digital Delivery Policy.

10. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except in specific cases (defective file, product not delivered, duplicate purchase, or product materially different from its description). Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions.

EU and UK customers: by checking the box at checkout, you give your express consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.

11. License to Use Our Products

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal use only. You do not acquire ownership of the content. See License & Copyright for the full terms.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

share, copy, distribute or give access to purchased files to any other person;
resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise use any product for commercial purposes;
upload products to file-sharing sites, cloud folders, torrents, forums, social networks or messaging groups;
share your account or login details with other people;
remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks or other ownership markings;
use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

13. Coupons and Promotions

Only one coupon may be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coupons cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
Coupons may expire and may be subject to specific conditions, which will be stated with the offer.
We may cancel coupons, or orders placed with them, in case of abuse, fraud or misuse (for example, creating multiple accounts to reuse a coupon).

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, the Dentcademy name and the design of the Site, as well as the digital products we distribute, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Dentcademy distributes the titles it sells under authorization from the rights holders. Apart from the limited license described above, no rights are granted to you.

15. Educational Disclaimer

Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical or dental advice and are not a substitute for professional training, supervision or clinical judgment. See our Educational Disclaimer.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using our products will lead to any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntevo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or reputation, or for clinical decisions made on the basis of our content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, nor your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

17. Account Suspension

We may suspend or close your account and remove access to your products, without refund, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, in particular in case of sharing or redistribution of products, account sharing, fraud, or abuse of coupons or refunds.

18. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at contact@dentcademy.co. Most issues can be solved quickly. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will lead to the suspension of your account and the removal of access to all your products, and we may contest the dispute by providing evidence of delivery and access.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The Terms in force on the date of your order apply to that order.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This is without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including in the European Union and the United Kingdom, which continue to apply to you. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any dispute amicably.
