Ownership of Our Ebooks

Our ebooks are created by Dentcademy. They do not reproduce third-party books, courses or other copyrighted works. The ebooks, their covers and the Dentcademy name remain the property of Syntevo LLC.

Any violation of this license leads to the termination of your account and the removal of access to all your products, without refund. We may also take legal action. See our Terms & Conditions.

Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to contact@dentcademy.co with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • identification of the infringing material and its location on our Site (URL);
  • your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

When we receive a valid notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material concerned and, where appropriate, inform the user who provided it. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@dentcademy.co including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Syntevo LLC may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

*Knowingly making false statements in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
